March 8, 2020 Do not Go Beyond the Word (1 Corinthians 4:6-13)

God
is absolutely perfect.
He
revealed Himself to the world
so it could believe in Him (Jn 17:3).
No one has seen God
but He gave the Gospel of heaven to reveal Himself (Mk 1:1).
Mankind only knew about things in the universe
and God showed them heaven’s glory (Rom 8:32-39).
Though fleshly lust relies on things in the universe,
it was buried by baptism in immersion (Rom 6:1-9)
and we receive what comes only from heaven (Jn 12:47-50):
God’s life, miracles,
power and glory.
The authority and promise to inherit everything from God
was made into a covenant by His Word (Heb 4:12-13).
God’s covenant was sworn by Himself (Heb 6:13).
The Holy Spirit comes directly and testifies (Jn 15:26)
and Jesus is Mediator of the Covenant. He is the Word.
Jesus is the Image of everything in heaven.
If you know Jesus, you know and receive everything (Rom 8:16-17).
○ God’s promise was sworn by Himself.
It is God’s righteousness and self-respect.
Do not doubt God’s Word but believe.
○ Jesus is God’s Word. Leaving His Word
is leaving Jesus. It is destruction.
Leaving Jesus cannot accomplish anything.
○ Jesus is the Word and truth.
The truth is true. What is true is heaven.
God is heaven.
※ Leaving the Word is to no longer belong to heaven.
Though you face hardship and are abandoned by the world,
resolve never to leave the Word.
