October 7, 2018 The Lord Will Be With Us Until the End (Matthew 28:16-20)
Sermon Outline
God
is the true Father.
He
accepted us as His children through Jesus Christ.
This is the result of faith (Rom 8:16-17).
If we are children, we will participate in the Father’s glory.
Therefore,
we must go to the Father’s farm and labor until death.
We must sincerely be baptized in Jesus’ name
to become His children and also receive
the Holy Spirit by grace to be sealed (Acts 2:32-42).
From now on, everyone must walk with God
until the end of the age (Mat 28:20).
Are we
now walking with Him? (Gen 5:21-24)
Faith is to walk with Him not only in His glory
but in the disgrace He receives (Rev 14:4).
The Lord Jesus will protect those who belong to Him
until the end of the age and be with them.
We are
people of the Holy Spirit. He is with us.
○ Let’s be with the Lord Jesus.
He will save His saints and finally
take them to heaven.
○ Be inspired by the Holy Spirit.
Always be full of the Holy Spirit
and accept His guidance.
○ We are His brides.
Just as the bride and groom are always together,
we must be together with the Lord forever.
※ Let’s follow the Lord’s will.
Let’s follow the Lord’s commands.
Let’s live eternally by the Lord’s life.
Semuon’s Letter
Good News of The Special Healing Crusade
God so loved the world that He sent the Only Begotten Son. The Lord Jesus loved the Father and obeyed him. He came into the world, and He overcame the authority of darkness by His Flesh. By His blood, He wiped out the sins of all mankind: this was the will of God. The Lord had said, “For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of the Father who sent Me” (John 6:38-39).
Through Jesus Christ, this great work – the life that had appeared into the world – is all the pleasing work of God the Father. The reason that Jesus Christ had manifested Himself to the world, starting from Galilee, was because it was the work that was desired by God. The glory of Jesus Christ, starting from Galilee in Capernaum, was shown through holy manifestations of healings and miracles. And through these manifestations, many who had diseases were healed.
Jesus gave this commandment to His disciples, “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give” (Matthew 10:8). The word of this commandment is living and active; it works in the past, the present, and the future, eternally and in equal measure (Mark 16:20, Hebrews 13:8).
I, Semuon, for the past 60 years, have obeyed this singular command through and through. I have obeyed it, working through the gift given by the Spirit of God. But it has been a long time, however, since I have led a healing crusade. With that power that I had first received from God, I desire to display it again to my dear saints, and by doing so, manifest to the whole world that God is abiding with the Sungrak people even today.
My body has now grown old and it is thoroughly worn out. But I fear that if this power that was given to my body and entrusted to my soul is not used to its full capacity, it will become a sin. I desire that, as least once before I die, I might perform those same powerful workings that I performed in the very early stages of my ministry, giving glory to the Lord and give comfort to the saints by doing so. I am planning all this with fervent prayer in my heart. Even though I may not have the physical strength of the days of my youth, I have the support of the Holy Spirit and the accompanying works given by the Lord Jesus Christ. By the strenuous, laboring, and earnest prayers of the saints, and by their combined faith that they deliver to God, I have no doubt that there will appear truly great spiritual working.
So long as my flesh permits, I desire to lay hands directly on each and everyone of the saints, and perform holy signs of healing. Having thought for a long time now, that this is the obedience that I must surely fulfill while I am still on this earth, the date has now been fixed: to hold a great crusade in the Christian World Mission Center from the 23rd to the 25th of October in the year 2018.
As to how many people will attend this crusade is not any of my concern. With the ardent heart to experience martyrdom before I die, I aim to offer up my body and heart to God and to the church. However, those who are with diseases must come before God with repentance and with unwavering faith. And they must bring these things to God in humility. This is because it is the promise of God that miracles will come to those believers who are humble. Thus, I entreat you all to prepare and pray most ardently. The hunk of rocks that have no faith will meet with no miracles. Great power, however, will be manifested to the true children of God that have faith. This may be the last act of devotion that I, Semuon, perform. I, therefore, humbly give thanks to the Lord.
