June 3, 2018 The Covenant by Blood (1 Corinthians 11:23- 24)

Sermon Outline

God
is love.
He
so loved the world and sent the Word (Jn 3:16).
The Word appeared as Immanuel by blood (Mt 1:23).
As there is life in the blood, it atones for man’s sins (Lev 17:11).
The Church of Jesus Christ was purchased by His blood.
It is the Church of God (Acts 20:28).
The Holy Spirit set up the New Testament Church (Heb 9:18).
This blood
is the New Covenant (Heb 9:20).
By drinking the Lord’s blood,
we dwell in the New Covenant.
If we do not drink His blood,
we cannot enter the New Covenant (Heb 8:13).
The Holy Spirit came on those who drank the blood of the New Covenant
and made them realize the truth.
Our faith is to know and believe the truth.
Streams of living water will flow from within those who believe the truth.
This refers to fullness of the Holy Spirit,
which those who believe in Him were to receive (Jn 7:37-39).
◌ The Christian Church is not religion
or mysticism.
It is an experience based on the Word.
◌ If you drank the blood of Jesus, you should preach it.
The blood of Jesus is not stationary, but preached.
Our hearts drank the blood of Jesus. They are cups for His blood.
◌ We share this cup of the blood by the Holy Spirit
and preach it until the ends of the earth.
The Holy Spirit and the blood work together.
※ The Bible says there is judgment if you do not preach it.
If you do not preach it, you drink your own sins.
Let’s be saints who drink Jesus’ blood!
