Since God
revealed righteousness,
He
chose the One He loves and is pleased with (Mt 3:17, 17:5).
Our faith is gaining eternal life.
Eternal life is
to know the only true God
and Jesus Christ, whom He sent.
This is
knowing what God loves and is pleased with (Jn 17:3).
Our faith is
becoming those who God loves (Jn 3:16)
and those who God is pleased with (Jn 17:13).
To become those who God loves, we must receive grace (Jn 14:15).
To become those who God is pleased with, we must obey Him (Acts 5:32).
The Ephesian church is an example of a corrupt church.
It carried out human methods (Rev 2:2-3),
was colorful in religious hypocrisy (Mt 23:27),
and was an ethical church praised by the world.
However,
it was rebuked for not having God’s righteousness (Mt 5:20).
You must receive grace and obey God
to have God’s righteousness (Gen 15:6).
〇 Recover your first love.
Recover that first love when you received God’s grace.
〇 Become a person who pleases God.
Obey God’s will and do not be hypocritical.
〇 No matter how great humans’ efforts,
they cannot please God.
God’s commandments must be obeyed.

when you are saved from sins.
Do not forget Jesus’ merit. This is your first love.
