Do not Deny the Truth

(Matthew 26:31-35)

Overseer Sung-Hyun Kim

God
is the Father of the truth.
To
reveal the truth to the world (Jn 8:32),
He sent His Son (Jn 3:16).
Those who know the Son know the truth (Jn 14:6)
and those who know the truth are free from darkness (Mt 12:28).
To give us freedom,
God sent the Holy Spirit and made us understand the truth (Jn 16:13).
He makes us believe this truth is power and life (Heb 4:12).
Therefore,
we are baptized in Jesus’ name
to know the truth (Mt 28:18-20).
This is the kingdom of heaven taken by violence (Mt 11:12).
The kingdom of heaven has come. If it enters our hearts,
demons flee and we are free from all the authority of darkness.
We should keep this faith until the end,
but the Lord worries we will fall into temptation and deny the truth (2 Thess 2:10-12).
He said, “Watch and endure until the end” (Mt 26:40-41).
The powers of this dark world infiltrate flesh and thought.
We must live day and night by the Holy Spirit.
○ Going against the truth is falsehood.
You must not deceive your own spirit.
You will not be deceived when you live by the Holy Spirit.
○ If one drives out demons by the Holy Spirit,
the kingdom of God has already come.
You must be full of God’s joy.
○ Do not doubt the truth but obey.
Do not believe what you see with your eyes but believe.
You must acknowledge Him by the Holy Spirit.
※ The truth is given by the Holy Spirit.
Jesus is the truth.
The grace of Jesus’ blood and flesh is the truth.
