God
is eternal life.
The One
who He sent, the Son of Man, is also eternal life.
Jesus is clearly a Nazarene, but what is clearer is that
He is the truth who came from God (Lk 1:26-31).
Worldly people know that He is a human (Jn 6:42)
and they know this by natural reason, not faith.
But those who believe that Jesus came from heaven
are taught by God and they are spiritual people (Mt 16:16-17).
If you see Jesus by the dark light of this world, He is a ‘natural’ person (Mk 3:21),
and if you know Him by God’s glory, He is full of grace and truth (Jn 1:14).
Therefore,
whoever
is led by the Spirit of God is a child of God (Rom 8:14).
There will even be discord in a family between
one person who has ‘natural’ eyes and another who has spiritual eyes.
A son will turn against his father, a daughter against her mother,
and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law (Mt 10:34-36).
The Lord Jesus came and brought discord.
This is judgement
and the division between believers and unbelievers (Mt 24:40-41).
○ Do you see Jesus as a mad person? Then you are a sinner.
Do you see Him as God’s Son? Then you are saved.
○ Do you see Jesus as a great figure and saint
or do you see Him as God’s Son and the Bread of eternal life?
This is how it comes down to: ‘Will you go to heaven or go to hell?’
○ We believe He is the Christ
by learning this from God.
The Holy Spirit enters our spirits and testifies to this.
※ If you regard Jesus as an ordinary person, you will fail.
But if you believe He is the Son of God, you gain eternal life.
Let’s believe like God does. Let’s not judge by appearance but believe in spirit.
