Those who Do God’s Will

(Mark 3:31-35)

Overseer Sung-Hyun Kim

God
is Impartial Justice.
Those
who acknowledge what He wills as righteous are righteous
and those who defy God’s will are unrighteous.
Though Jesus came among Abraham’s descendants,
He came according to God’s will (Jn 1:13-18).
He is God Immanuel (Mt 1:23).
Though brothers are born from the same mother,
those who are born of blood, the flesh, or the will of man
are different from the One born by God’s revelation and will.
He was before Abraham (Jn 8:58)
and was with God from the beginning to the end (Jn 1:1-3).
Since this is our faith,
we must clearly confess whether Jesus is human
or if He is God (Jn 20:31).
Jesus is man, but He is not a human (Mt 22:45).
Jesus is the Word who came in the flesh (Jn 1:14).
Therefore,
even if it is Jesus’ family, (Rom 1:2-4)
they must likewise acknowledge Jesus as Lord to be called the Lord’s family (Mk 3:34-35).
○ If you rely only on your virtue and conscience
and do not know who Jesus is, there is no salvation.
Only those who believe Him as God’s Son will be saved.
○ There is absolutely no eternal life by religious conscience.
Eternal life is only if you believe the Gospel and confess your faith.
The Holy Spirit seals and guarantees those who confess their faith.
○ If Jesus is a human, His death was only
for Himself. He cannot be the Savior.
If you believe He is the Christ who came as man, you will live.
※ The faith that reaches salvation
does not need religious conscience or family connections.
You should only believe He is the Savior who came from heaven.
